I’m Steph Bitonti. I support parents and carers who feel stretched to their limits.

I use an integrative therapy approach – combining hypnotherapy, CBT and mindfulness practices. I provide a warm, judgement free, and inclusive space, where we explore what’s going on for you in the here and now. Through this collaborative approach, you will learn a whole range of tools and techniques to allow you to make a lasting change, long after you’ve finished therapy. The therapy I provide is solution focused – we will work together to set meaningful goals in the initial sessions so we can track progress. You’ll be amazed to see how quickly your life can change for the better.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps you see how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. By spotting and changing unhelpful thinking patterns, it can help you feel less anxious, lift your mood, and build confidence.

Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy works to focus your attention to allow yourself to be open to accepting positive suggestions for change. The hypnotherapy I practice is not anything like what you see with stage hypnosis; there is no trance – it’s an evidence based process that is a very relaxing and refreshing experience.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness helps you slow down and feel more in control when life gets overwhelming. By bringing your attention to the present moment, it can give you space to feel calmer, clearer, and more emotionally balanced.

Step 1: Discovery call

Get in touch to book a 20–30 minute free discovery call where we will explore our suitability in working together.

Step 2: Consultation

The next step is a 1.5-hour Consultation Session, where I’ll get to know you and the issues you’d like to work on. We’ll go through a full health assessment, set your therapy goals, and I’ll explain exactly what hypnotherapy is – busting any myths along the way! You’ll also leave with a tool or two you can start using straight away.

Step 3: Treatment plan

From there, we’ll work through a personalised treatment plan, which typically involves 4–6 sessions (around 1 hour each), depending on your specific needs and goals.

Sessions thereafter (60 minutes) - £65

I offer concessions for those in financial difficulty – please do enquire. I may ask you to provide supporting documents.

about me

I’m a mum of two, and I know how hard it can be to balance work and family life. I also deeply understand the challenges of caring for a child with additional needs, especially when the systems around you can feel overwhelming. You’re not alone in feeling stretched, and I’m here to offer support and understanding.


I’m a fully insured Practitioner and am qualified to Level 5 in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
